Suites
A total cancellation of the group will be accepted without charge, provided written notice is sent to the hotel after 30 days of signing the agreement, after that date, will have a charge equivalent to the total contracted Suites plus tax. You can make changes, modifications or cancellations up to 10% of total toll Suites contracted no later than 30 days before the event. Any cancellation made after that date will have an equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax charge. Not show any unsecured individually will be charged to the master account. Any no show will be penalized with payment equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax.
